Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Nochar hereby warrants that, when used and applied in strict conformity with Nochar’s instructions, these products are merchantable and fit for a particular purpose, Nochar shall replace the defective product for a period of one (1) year following sale of the product by Nochar. Nochar makes on other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No other remedy (including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to persons or property or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available to anyone with respect to these products.
