Nochar’s E112 AFG was developed for use by professional firefighters and fire protection contractors who are required to attend instruction and training in its use and application. Nochar, Inc does not recommend the sale of its product to individuals who are not trained or experienced fire fighters.

This product is to be sold for professional use only and is to be sold to firefighters and fire safety contractors who have received education and application training approved by manufacturer.
This product is not a fireproofing agent. E112 AFG was developed to temporarily stop the combustion process on properly treated surfaces and may be overcome by prolonged exposure to intense heat and flame. E112 AFG , when used in conjunction with other fire safety measures, will tend to offer temporary fire resistance to buildings exposed to wildfire conditions.
WARNING:
* E112 AFG is slippery when wet. Extreme caution should
be used when walking on gelled or spill covered surfaces.
* Keep out of the reach of children.
* Not meant for human consumption.
* Trees, brush and other flammables should be cleared at least fifty (50) feet
from structure when E112 AFG is applied.
* Product will separate after long term storage. When this occurs, E112 AFG
must be stirred vigorously. Contact distributor or Nochar for instructions.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Nochar hereby warrants
that when used in strict conformity with Nochar’s instructions, this product
is merchantable and fit for the particular purpose of temporally inhibiting
combustion and fire growth on treated surfaces or Nochar shall replace defective
product for a period of six (6) months following sale to user thereof. NOCHAR
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NO OTHER REMENDY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS) SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WITH RESPECT
TO THIS PRODUCT.
